How can you as an entrepreneur balance relaxing and your passion while on holiday? Will the Holiday For Entrepreneurs be a success or disaster? Follow these steps and you'll know how to balance it.
If you are like me, you love speed, progress, impacting people around you, in action, leading your community……
You do it because you're passionate to share what you know with the rest of the world so they have the opportunity to reach their goals in life.
You're always busy and a lot of people want your time….
At the same time family time is always a high priority.
Then you go on holiday……
No people around you that you can impact…..
…..this is why holiday is a challenge for many entrepreneurs.
Here's what I did on holiday that worked very well and that you can do too.
1 Tell your team at home that you're going on holiday and how you will be able to support them and not support them. This will remove a lot of stress from you.
What I found out when I returned from holiday was that my team had stepped up and taken more responsibility to make sure they didn't lose momentum.
This is what a good team is all about.
2 Bring a book that is relevant for your business that will fuel your entrepreneur blood. I don't recommend that you bring your book on your tablet or PC. It's too easy to do other things than reading the book and your family is probably tired of seeing you with your tablet or PC.
I read two books this time.
Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson and
Circle of profits by Anik Singal.
3 If you're going where you meet people you know, meet with people you know that are entrepreneurs as well. Offer to train them in a skill that you have that they will benefit from.
I met with a few entrepreneurs in the health and wellness business and trained them in exact strategies on
“How to build your brand online, without being salesy”
I got really good feedback and they are now taking action and reaching their dreams.
Hope these 3 steps will be valuable for you when you go on your next holiday.
Oh, I forgot one important thing,….
Always look for people who are in need for your product.
This mindset gave me one new team member and customer during the holiday.
The holiday was 95% family time and 5% business.
Hope you got some tips for your next holiday ?

PS! I had time to think strategy and priority and you will notice it in the next coming weeks and months. I know you'll love it because it's all about serving you even better than I have in the past.
PPS! Here you see the first group I trained on “How to build your brand online, without being salesy”.
It's just a gift to be able to support these entrepreneurs who are the future!
