It's called teambuilding and it's one of the most important things you do in your business.
How would it feel to recruite leaders to your business? If that is your goal you may consider this training.
Understand their goals in life
Spend time with your new teammembers and find out what their goals and dreams are; understand what they feel their biggest challenges and obstacles are and then invest your time encouraging their strengths and empower them to overcome their limited beliefs.
Help your teammembers develop their skills and keep themselves personally accountable for their own actions.
Most grown ups are not used to be held accountable, but in our business that is actually a very important factor between success and failure.
Make sure they understand how the money is generate in your business and what they need to do in order to generate a decent income.
Set realistic income expectations
Make sure you ask them the following questions when they join the business:
1. How much money do you need to earn in this business to be satisfied?
2. How many hours per week are you willing to work to earn that amount?
3. For how many months, working (insert the answer you got in question number two) hours per week, are you willing to work in order to make (insert answer to question 1)?
This is absolutely the best way you make a new teammember understand how much is expected from him to earn the money he expects.
Events events events
Well ahead of any planned company meeting, I start promoting the event.
The last thing we do after an the event, is to committ to attend the next event. When going from event to event you will succeed.

How to handle their struggles
Your new teammembers may believe that they are the first person who struggle to start their own business. When they hear that they are not the first ones, they believe that their challenges are very different from other people's challenges.
It´s very important to connect them with other teammembers who can share their stories on how they overcame their challenges.
Sharing stories and asking questions are the best way to get new distributors started.
You don't want to get into management mode and start managing your team as your main activity. Just make sure you let people know you are available, just a phone call away, when they really need to. After all they did NOT join your business to have another boss telling them what to do.
