One of the areas you must look into as an entrepreneur, is how you can gain Credibility In Network Marketing long before you have reached a high position and earn a lot of money. You want credibility as fast as possible. It takes too much time if you have to do it the “old” way. Instead you have to follow these 9 steps to get credibility in network marketing.

1. It involves work
You will love to tell people that it´s easy to join, not much work and easy to make money in you MLM company. It´s normal as a human to say that, but it hurts your business and your team new members. They will start complaining as soon as they see that it involves hard work to succeed.
You know by your own experience that it´s not easy, but hard, and you must tell them that.
By telling them it will be hard, but worth it, you will have a very different discussion with that person when he figures out that it is hard work.
2. Not everyone will reach the top
Most people who join a new business would like to reach to the top and learn what it takes to get there. That´s why you cannot tell people that everybody can reach the top and it will be easy.
Instead you need to sit down with them, ask them how much they have to make in order for them to spend time on the business, how many hours they can work on the business and for how many months they are willing to work those hours to achieve that amount.
Only now you have the possibility to help that person reach his goals and set proper expectations on career level and income.
3. You will have challenges
Every day is a challenge. A challenge to deliver and pick up kids at school, find motivation to go to gym, perform at work, etc.
Then it is a surprise that many network marketers tell their prospects that joining their company will not be challenging. The prospect may have some experience and know that it may be challenging at times, buy you still claim that in your company, and with you as a leader, there will be no challenges.
I can guarantee you that the first time this person faces a challenge, and I can guarantee it will happen sooner rather than later, he will NOT be prepared for it.
Instead of being prepared, handle the challenge and work out a solution, he will call you and tell you that you told him that there would be no challenges.
That is a battle you will not win, and you may just wave goodbye to your team member.
4. Have realistic product benefits
– This cream cures everything and there are no competitors in the market due to some unique patents that expire in 2099. Until 2099 we have this market to ourselves.
You must be aware of the fact that overstating your product benefits is illegal. Claiming that your product will cure this and that, may contribute to your company being investigated by the authorities.
5. You need to develop marketing skills
Your company will take care of the product training. That is fine, but it is not enough to develop and grow a healthy business. They will also need to learn how to market themselves and not the product. Tell new people this, if not they will go and flood Facebook and social media with product pictures, asking people to join and everything that will scare friends and potential customers away.

6. You need to understand selling principles
– You don't need to sell anything – you are just sharing…… Right. Well… you may not need to be a good sales person, but you need to understand selling principles. If you don't understand that, you will not understand that you have something valuable that can solve other people's problems.
When you tell your friends about a great movie or a restaurant, you're using selling principles without knowing.
You must acknowledge this and educate your team so they understand basic selling skills.
7. You are not financial free next month
We all dream about being financially free. This is a huge motivation for a lot of people and we tend to abuse this by telling new people that they will be financially free in a very short time. It will only take a few weeks before they understand that this is not the case and they will quit.
You need to sit down with each of your leaders and find out what their financial goals are, how much they need to earn for it to be worth their time. You will find out that some will say that financial freedom for them is an additional $500 per month and for others it will be $50.000 per month.
8. Money is not the motivation
– I want to make more money and as long as I make a lot of money I will be crushing this business by working 100 hours per week.
You may have heard this from some of your new team members and a few days later they don't pick up the phone when you call them.
Why? Making money is not a trustworthy motivation for anyone. You need to dig deeper. You need to find their inner motivation. What will keep them going when things get really tough and what will keep them wanting more when they have made a decent amout of money. Only then you can get a grip on how you can motivate this person to perform at his / her best.
9. Start teaching
Remember your teacher at school? Remember that you looked up to him/her because she knew so much? You can achieve the same by learning something and then teach it to somebody else. You may think that you don't know anything, but I know you do! If not you would not read this article.
